Are you fully insured?

Yes we are. We hold both Public liability and Employers liability.

What prices do you charge?

It all depends on the type of job that we undertake. You will get a detailed quote emailed to you which will have a run down of what is included within the price.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept BACS, Paypal, Cheques and Cash payments.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

To be perfectly honest, we hardly ever give quotes over the phone.  There can be many factors involved in the work that needs carrying out, such as access and obstacles which can affect the price of the job. 

How long will the work take?

Again it all depends on the size of the job. We will however give you details on how long the job is expected to take when you receive your quote and endeavour to make it as short as possible. 

How do I know if I can have work done on my tree?

Before any sort of work is carried out on the tree we will contact the LPA (Local Planning Authority) on your behalf and check to see if the tree has a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) on it.
